By making purchases through Chrissy’s Marketplace, you agree to the below terms and conditions:
 
Whilst we endeavor to do our absolute best to provide you with accurate information such as dimensions and pricing of our products, unfortunately there are rare occasions in which the incorrect information may have been provided, in which we apologise for.
 
Our prices on our website may differ from that in store. We may sometimes hold different sales online than in store. But don’t take the first offer! Come in and see us and we can work out a deal when purchasing multiple items!
 
Not all of our products are physically in store, so may take a few extra days to be delivered or be available for collection. You can contact us prior to placing your order for any queries, but as soon as we receive any orders online we will be in contact as soon as possible to give an estimated time for pick up or delivery.

Gift vouchers cannot be purchased using a promo code. Please select PICK UP option so that delivery fees do not get applied to order. We will be in contact with you as soon as your gift voucher is ready, in which you can advise whether you would like to collect or have delivered at no charge. Gift vouchers are for in store purchases only, and cannot be used online.

Mattresses and bedding, and other accessories displayed with our products are for illustrational purposes only and do not come with the product. We do have a range that can be purchased separately to complete the look.

Local delivery within 2kms of Chrissy's Marketplace in Forrestfield is free. Delivery is $45 for a 40km radius. If delivery is outside of this area, please get in contact so we can sort something out for you!

In the event that we are unfortunately unable to supply your order, we can either offer an alternative if we believe it is something you could love just as much, or offer a refund immediately.

REFUND POLICY
 
Our second hand and vintage products are not available for refund, so please choose wisely. Warranty for our electrical items are listed in the individual product information. Please see below for our warranty guide for new lounges.

Covers: Internal frame/structure (excluding) seat foundation, springs and internal mechanisms)
 
2 Years:
Items: Leather lounges, motion furniture and imported fabric covered lounge.
Covers: Recliner Mechanism

1 Year:
Items: Leather lounges, motion furniture and imported fabric covered lounge, sofas, sofa beds.
Covers: Leather covering, Cushions, Seat foundation, Seams and zippers, Foam & Pocket Spring Seat Cushions, Release trigger mechanism, Electric lift chair mechanism, Mattress and sleeper mechanisms

PRIVACY POLICY

Chrissy's Marketplace will not forward any of our visitors details to a third party. In the event that we are unable to deliver your order personally and need to outsource, we will first advise our customers.
